OUR SERVICES
TEAM MEDIATION
With Team Mediation, you and your spouse will work with three neutral professionals: a financial professional, a family professional and a separation coach. These professionals will help with communication, co-parenting, financial matters and the emotional aspects of your separation. Our team is dedicated to achieving long-term results and fostering positive family dynamics. By the end of the process, you’ll have a realistic, sustainable, personalized legal separation agreement.
Your separation agreement can be finalized one of two ways. Either you can choose to have a neutral family lawyer sit in on the mediations to provide access to legal knowledge while you make your decisions, followed by independent legal advice sessions with two other lawyers when the separation agreement is drafted and complete; or you can choose to have two family lawyers involved from the start of the mediation, providing legal advice as you go.
Benefits of Team Mediation:
- Faster and More Affordable: Issues are often resolved more quickly and at a lower cost.
- Client-Controlled: You and your spouse are in charge of the decisions, not judges or lawyers.
- Custom Solutions: You can create solutions tailored to your needs, often leading to more satisfactory outcomes.
- Privacy: The process is confidential, keeping your details out of the public record.
